Before your session, please take a moment to review our booking guidelines to ensure everything goes smoothly:

📌 Important Booking Rules

​

NO DEPOSIT = NO BOOKING

 

Your session is only confirmed once your deposit is received. No exceptions.

​

​

📍 Studio Location:
All shoots take place at our Dallas, TX studio unless otherwise arranged.

​

🏠 For Home Service Shoots:
We do not bring backdrops or studio props for home sessions. We are only coming with our lighting.

Please have your setup ready—however, we're happy to help arrange and work with your existing decorations.

💳 Payments:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session.

​

• The remaining balance is due on the day of your shoot. 

​

⏳ Turnaround Time:

• You’ll receive watermarked proof images within 7–23 hours after your session for selection.

​

• Once your favorites are selected, your final edited images will be ready within 10–14 days

​

​

📸 Extras:
Want more photos edited?  Just let us know and we’ll send you a quote for the additional edits. Please note that this may slightly extend the delivery timeline, and we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

🕒 Time & Rescheduling

​

Lateness Fee:

• A $35 fee applies for every 15 minutes of lateness.

• Being late will also reduce your session time.

​

Rescheduling:

• A $75 rescheduling fee applies each time you reschedule.

• Please do not call to reschedule when you are already running late, this will result in losing your deposit.

​

No-Shows/Cancellations:

• Cancel or reschedule at least 2 days in advance.

• No-shows or late cancellations = loss of deposit.

​

Punctuality Policy:

• Clients are required to arrive on time for their scheduled shoot. Please account for traffic and possible delays when planning your arrival. Arriving early is strongly recommended. Late arrival will result in a shortened session, and the full session fee remains due. Extensions are not guaranteed and will only be provided if the photographer’s schedule allows, and may require an additional fee.

Refund & Editing Policy:

• Once the shoot has been completed and the remaining balance is paid, no refunds of any kind will be issued, as services have already been rendered.

• After all edited photos have been delivered, we do not re-edit from scratch work that has already been completed. We always put our best creative effort into every image and deliver in our own signature style. While we’re happy to make minor adjustment requests when reasonable, we do not replicate or imitate another photographer’s editing style.

🎨 What to Expect​

​

Makeup & Outfit:

Please arrive camera-ready. That includes full makeup and First outfit already on.

​

Props:
We have Limited Props we use but feel free to bring your own if you are specific about the prop you want in your images!

​

Our Style:
Please review our portfolio before booking. You’re booking us for our signature style. We only retouch images we believe we can enhance while keeping our artistic integrity.

Image Proofs:
Proof of images will be sent to you for you to select what you want Edited.

​
